What materials do I need to submit to qualify for tax exemption?

Alabama
Alabama businesses must provide a valid Alabama Sales and Use Tax Certificate of Exemption to qualify for tax exemption when purchasing through the Joon Loloi Trade Program.
Alaska
Alaska is one of five states that does not collect sales tax, so businesses applying to the Joon Loloi Trade Program do not need to submit a resale certificate.
Arizona
Arizona businesses must provide an Arizona Resale Certificate (Form 5000A) and a valid Arizona Transaction Privilege Tax (TPT) Number to qualify for tax exemption through the Joon Loloi Trade Program.
Arkansas
Arkansas requires businesses to submit a Form ST391 – Arkansas Resale Certificate to qualify for tax-exempt purchases under the Joon Loloi Trade Program.
California
California requires businesses to submit a California Resale Certificate (Form CDTFA-230) to receive tax-exempt status under the Joon Loloi Trade Program.
Colorado
Colorado businesses must submit a Colorado Sales Tax Exemption Certificate (Form DR 0563) and a valid Colorado Sales Tax License Number to qualify for tax-exempt purchases through the Joon Loloi Trade Program.
Connecticut
Connecticut requires businesses to provide a Connecticut Resale Certificate and a valid Tax Registration Number to qualify for tax exemption when purchasing products for resale through the Joon Loloi Trade Program.
Delaware
Delaware is one of five states that do not collect sales tax, so no resale certificate is required to apply for the Joon Loloi Trade Program.
Florida
Florida requires a Florida Annual Resale Certificate for Sales Tax for all trade program tax exemptions.
Georgia
To qualify for tax exemption in Georgia, businesses must provide a Georgia ST-5 Resale Certificate and a valid Georgia Sales Tax Number.
Hawaii
The Joon Loloi Trade Program does not currently accept trade applications from trade professionals located in Hawaii.
Idaho
Idaho businesses must submit an Idaho Resale Certificate (Form ST-101) and valid Idaho Tax Permit Number for tax exemption under the Joon Loloi Trade Program.
Illinois
Illinois businesses must submit a CRT-61 Resale Certificate and valid Illinois Account ID to qualify for tax-exempt purchases through the Joon Loloi Trade Program.
Indiana
Indiana businesses must submit an Indiana General Sales Tax Exemption Certificate (Form ST-105) for tax exemption.
Iowa
Iowa businesses must submit a Sales Tax Exemption Certificate (Form 31-014) to qualify for tax-exempt purchases.
Kansas
Kansas businesses must provide a Kansas Resale Exemption Certificate (Form ST-28A) and valid Kansas Tax ID Number to qualify for tax exemption under the Joon Loloi Trade Program.
Kentucky
Kentucky businesses must provide a valid Kentucky Resale Certificate (Form 51A105) and a valid Louisiana Tax Account Number to qualify for tax exemption under the Joon Loloi Trade Program.
Louisiana
Louisiana requires a Louisiana Resale Certificate and a valid Louisiana Tax Account Number to qualify for sales tax exemption through the Joon Loloi Trade Program.
Maine
Maine businesses must submit a valid Maine Resale Certificate when applying for tax exemption through the Joon Loloi Trade Program.
Maryland
Maryland requires businesses to submit a Maryland Sales and Use Tax License to receive tax-exempt status under the Joon Loloi Trade Program.
Massachusetts
Massachusetts requires businesses to submit a ST-4 Resale Certificate to receive tax-exempt status for purchases under the Joon Loloi Trade Program.
Michigan
Michigan businesses must submit a Michigan Sales and Use Tax Certificate of Exemption (Form 3372) to qualify for tax exemption.
Minnesota
Minnesota businesses must provide a Minnesota ST3 Certificate of Exemption and a valid Tax ID Number to qualify for tax-exempt purchases.
Mississippi
Mississippi businesses must provide a Mississippi Resale Certificate and valid Tax Permit Number to receive tax exemption when purchasing through the Joon Loloi Trade Program.
Missouri
Missouri businesses must submit a Missouri Form 149 – Resale Certificate and a valid Tax ID Number to qualify for tax exemption.
Montana
Montana is one of five states that do not collect sales tax. Businesses in Montana do not need to submit a resale certificate when applying for the Joon Loloi Trade Program.
Nebraska
Nebraska businesses must submit a Nebraska Resale or Exempt Sale Certificate (Form 13) and a valid Nebraska State ID Number for tax exemption under the Joon Loloi Trade Program.
Nevada
Nevada businesses must provide a Nevada Resale Certificate and valid Nevada Tax Permit Number to qualify for tax-exempt purchases.
New Hampshire
New Hampshire is one of five states that do not collect sales tax, meaning no resale certificate is required to apply for the Joon Loloi Trade Program.
New Jersey
New Jersey requires businesses to provide a New Jersey ST-3 Resale Certificate and Tax Identification Number for sales tax exemption under the Joon Loloi Trade Program.
New York
New York businesses must submit a Form ST-120 Resale Certificate and valid Certificate of Authority Number to qualify for tax exemption.
North Carolina
North Carolina requires businesses to submit a Streamlined Sales and Use Tax Agreement Certificate of Exemption (Form E-595E) and valid North Carolina Tax ID Number to qualify for tax exemption through the Joon Loloi Trade Program.
North Dakota
North Dakota requires businesses to submit a North Dakota Resale Certificate and valid Tax Permit Number to qualify for tax exemption under the Joon Loloi Trade Program.
Ohio
Ohio requires businesses to provide an Ohio Sales and Use Tax Blanket Certificate of Exemption (Form STEC-B) and valid Ohio Vendor's License Number for tax exemption eligibility.
Oklahoma
Oklahoma businesses must submit an Oklahoma Resale Certificate for sales tax exemption.
Oregon
Oregon is one of five states that do not collect sales tax, so no resale certificate is required for Joon Loloi Trade Program applications.
Pennsylvania
Pennsylvania requires businesses to submit a Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Revenue Sales Tax License or a Pennsylvania Exemption Certificate to receive tax-exempt status under the Joon Loloi Trade Program.
Rhode Island
Rhode Island requires businesses to submit a valid Rhode Island Resale Certificate for tax exemption through the Joon Loloi Trade Program.
South Carolina
South Carolina businesses must provide a South Carolina Resale Certificate (ST-8) to qualify for tax exemption through the Joon Loloi Trade Program.
South Dakota
South Dakota businesses must provide a South Dakota Streamlined Sales and Use Tax Certificate of Exemption to qualify for tax exemption.
Tennessee
Tennessee businesses must submit a Tennessee Resale Certificate and valid Tax ID Number to receive tax-exempt purchasing privileges through the Joon Loloi Trade Program.
Texas
Texas requires two documents for sales tax exemption:
• A Texas Sales and Use Tax Permit
• A completed Texas Resale Certificate
Utah
Utah businesses must submit a Utah TC-721 Exemption Certificate and a valid Utah Tax ID Number for tax-exempt purchases through the Joon Loloi Trade Program.
Vermont
Vermont businesses must provide a valid Vermont Resale Certificate when applying for tax exemption through the Joon Loloi Trade Program.
Virginia
Virginia requires businesses to submit a Virginia Sales and Use Tax and Form ST-4 to receive tax-exempt status under the Joon Loloi Trade Program.
Washington
Washington businesses must provide a Washington State Reseller Permit to qualify for tax exemption.
Washington, D.C.
Washington, D.C. businesses must submit a D.C. Resale Certificate of Exemption for tax exemption.
West Virginia
West Virginia businesses must submit a West Virginia Resale Certificate and valid Tax ID Number to qualify for tax exemption through the Joon Loloi Trade Program.
Wisconsin
Wisconsin requires a Wisconsin Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certificate (Form S-211) and valid Tax ID Number for businesses to qualify for tax exemption through the Joon Loloi Trade Program.
Wyoming
Wyoming businesses must provide a Wyoming Streamlined Sales Tax Exemption Certificate and valid Tax Permit Number for tax-exempt purchases under the Joon Loloi Trade Program.
